On August 9, 2018, the Federal Communications Commission released a Public Notice (“Notice”) announcing that Fiscal Year 2018 Interstate Telecommunications Service Providers (“ITSP”) and Commercial Mobile Radio Services (“CMRS”) data is now available to view on Fee Filer.
The Notice provides instructions for both ITSP and CMRS providers to view associated fees on Fee Filer. For ITSP providers, the Notice instructs on previewing ITSP revenues, which will be confirmed in the upcoming FY 2018 Regulatory Fees Report and Order, and how to dispute revenue amounts. For CMRS providers, the Notice instructs on viewing subscriber counts, and notes that revisions may be made to subscriber counts until August 24, 2018. After this date, subscriber count revisions will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Additionally, the Notice highlights that CMRS Assessment letters will no longer be mailed and subscriber counts will only be viewable using Fee Filer.
