On January 23, 2019, the Commission released a Notice clarifying that it will hold the upcoming January Open Meeting regarding Commission announcements only, currently scheduled for Wednesday, January 30, 2019 at 11:00 am (changed from 10:30 am). Due to the current partial lapse in appropriations, the items previously set forth in the Tentative Agenda will not be discussed at this meeting.
If the lapse in appropriations continues thorough January 29, 2019, the meeting will be conducted via conference call. Meeting participants can listen to “audio only” of the meeting by calling 1-866-233-3841 and using passcode 463377. Call-in capacity may be limited depending on number of participants.
If the lapse in appropriations ends prior to January 29, 2019 and the Commission resumes normal operations by January 29, the meeting will be held in person as usual and will consist only of announcements. The items in the Tentative Agenda will not be considered. The meeting will also be streamed at http://www.fcc.gov/live.
