On Thursday, January 30, 2020, the FCC released a News Release announcing the conclusion of bidding in the clock phase of Auction 103 (Upper 37 GHz, 39 GHz and 47 GHz Bands). Gross proceeds totaled $7,561,724,774, with bidders winning more than 99.9% of available licenses (14,142 of 14,144) in 104 rounds. A subsequent public notice will be released with details surrounding the assignment phase, where winning bidders will have the opportunity to bid for frequency-specific licenses.
