On Wednesday, March 25, 2020, the Office of Economics and Analytics and Wireless Telecommunications Bureau (“OEA/WTB”) released a Public Notice announcing the postponement of certain dates and deadlines for participation in Auction 105, the auction of Priority Access Licenses for the 3550-3650 MHz band (AU Docket No. 19-244). Bidding for new licenses in Auction 105 will now begin on July 23, 2020.
The list of revised dates and deadlines is below:
- Short-Form Application (FCC Form 175) Filing Window Opens – April 23, 2020, 12:00 pm ET
- Short-Form Application (FCC Form 175) Filing Window Deadline – May 7, 2020, 6:00 pm ET
- Upfront Payments (via wire transfer) – June 19, 2020, 6:00 pm ET
- Bidding Tutorial Available (via the Internet) – No later than July 9, 2020
- Auction registration Materials – By July 15, 2020, 12:00 pm ET
- Mock Auction – July 20, 2020
- Bidding Begins in Auction 105 – July 23, 2020
All other dates and procedures announced in the Auction 105 Procedures Public Notice remain unchanged.
