On June 11, 2020, the Commission published in the Federal Register a Public Notice announcing Petitions for Reconsideration (“Petitions”) filed in response to the C-band Order by Aerospace Industries Association et al, Charter Communications Inc., Intelsat License LLC, International Telecommunications Satellite Organization, Eutelsat S.A., and Raytheon Technologies Corporation (GN Docket No. 18-122).
- Oppositions to the Petitions must be filed by June 26, 2020.
- Replies to an opposition must be filed by July 6, 2020.
