On July 1, 2020, the Office of Economics and Analytics and the Wireless Telecommunications Bureau (“OEA/Bureau”) released a Public Notice announcing the 271 applicants that are qualified to bid in Auction 105 (AU Docket No. 19-244). Auction 105 will offer 22,631 Priority Access Licenses (“PALs”) in the 3550-3650 MHz portion of the 3.5 GHz band. Bidding in Auction 105 is scheduled to begin on July 23, 2020.
Attachment A to the Public Notice lists the 271 qualified bidders for Auction 105. All qualified bidders have been registered automatically for the auction. Attachment B to the Public Notice lists the 77 applicants that submitted an FCC Form 175 but did not qualify to bid in Auction 105.
