FCC Sets Comment Dates for 70/80/90 GHz NPRM

On July 6, 2020, the Commission published in the Federal Register the below-referenced Notice of Proposed Rulemaking (“NPRM”) that proposes rules for new uses of the 70/80/90 GHz bands (WT Docket Nos. 20-133 and 10-153).

 

  • Comments are due August 5, 2020.
  • Reply comments are due September 4, 2020.
