On July 31, 2020, the Commission published in the Federal Register the below-referenced Further Notice of Proposed Rulemaking (“FNPRM”) that seeks comment on how it can further implement the Pallone-Thune Telephone Robocall Abuse Criminal Enforcement and Deterrence Act (“TRACED Act”) (CG Docket No. 17-59).
