On August 7, 2020, the Commission released a Public Notice establishing the procedures for the auction of new flexible-use overlay licenses in the 3.7-3.98 GHz band (“Auction 107” or “C-band Auction”). This item was adopted at the August Open Meeting (AU Docket No. 20-25).
The adopted Public Notice does not incorporate substantive changes from the circulated draft version. As a reminder, the draft Notice reflected changes to the assignment round process to allow for the contiguity of licenses once the entire wireless portion of the band is cleared.
