FCC Publishes Digital Opportunity Data Collection Order and FNPRM in the Federal Register

On August 18, 2020, the Digital Opportunity Data Collection Second Report and Order and Third Further Notice of Proposed Rulemaking were published in the Federal Register, establishing the following important dates:

 

  • The rules adopted in the Second Report and Order are effective September 17, 2020.

 

  • Comments on the Third FNPRM are due September 8, 2020, and Reply Comments are due September 17, 2020.
