FCC Seeks Comment on 911 Fee Diversion Notice of Inquiry

On October 2, 2020, the Commission released a Notice of Inquiry seeking comment on how to discourage 911 fee diversion (PS Docket Nos. 20-291, 09-14).  This item was adopted at the September Open Meeting.

 

The adopted item does not make any substantive changes from the draft item.

 

Comments are due November 2, 2020.

Reply comments are due December 2, 2020.
