On October 9, 2020, the Commission published in the Federal Register the Notice of Proposed Rulemaking (“NPRM”) on proposed amendments to TCPA exemptions in order to comply with Section 8 of the Pallone-Thune Telephone Robocall Abuse Criminal Enforcement and Deterrence Act (“TRACED Act”), thereby establishing the comment dates.
Comments are due on October 26, 2020.
Reply comments are due on November 3, 2020.
