On Monday October 19, 2020, the FCC published in the Federal Register the Opposition Comment and Reply Comment deadlines for the petitions for reconsideration filed by the Association of Public-Safety Communications Officials-International, Inc. (“APCO”) and CTIA on the FCC’s Sixth Report and Order in the Wireless E911 Location Accuracy proceeding (PS Docket 07-114).
Comments in opposition to the petitions are due on or before November 3, 2020.
Replies to a comment in opposition are due on or before November 13, 2020.
