FCC Extends Comment Deadlines for 4.9 GHz FNPRM

On December 22, 2020, the Wireless Telecommunications and Public Safety and Homeland Security Bureaus released a Public Notice extending the Comment and Reply Comment deadlines for the 4.9 GHz Band Seventh Further Notice of Proposed Rulemaking (“FNPRM”), released on October 2, 2020.

 

Comments are due: January 13, 2021.

Reply Comments are due: February 12, 2021.
