On December 30, 2020, the Wireless Telecommunications Bureau announced that it had granted an additional 22 2.5 GHz licenses to Tribal entities who had filed applications through the Rural Tribal Priority Window for the 2.5 GHz band. The licenses were granted to Tribal entities in ten states and bring the total number of granted 2.5GHz licenses to 179.
