FCC Publishes 3rd NPRM on Rip and Replace Program in the Federal Register

On March 22, 2021, the FCC published in the Federal Register the Third Notice of Proposed Rulemaking (“NPRM”) in the matter of Protecting Against National Security Threats to the Communications Supply Chain Through FCC Programs, thus setting the comment deadlines.

Comments are due on or before April 12, 2021.

Reply comments are due on or before April 26, 2021.
