On March 29, 2021, the Wireless Telecommunications Bureau released an Order extending the Comment and Reply Comment dates for the Notice of Proposed Rulemaking in the Expanding Flexible Use of the 12.2-12.7 GHz Band matter. The Order is issued in response to a request for a 30 day extension filed by Computer & Communications Industry Association, INCOMPAS, Open Technology Institute at North America, and Public Knowledge.
Comments are due on or before May 7, 2021.
Reply Comments are due on or before June 7, 2021.
