On April 2, 2021, the Wireless Telecommunications Bureau announced that the long-form applications for new flexible-use overlay licenses in the 3.7 GHz Band (the “C-Band”) won in Auction 107 were accepted for filing.
The list of 21 applications accepted for filing is available in Attachment A (sorted by Applicant) and Attachment B (sorted by Market).
Petitions to deny the listed applications must be filed by April 12, 2021. Oppositions to petitions to deny must be filed by April 19, 2021. Replies to oppositions must be filed by April 26, 2021.
