On Wednesday, June 30, 2021, the Third Notice of Proposed Rulemaking (“NPRM”) in the Improving 911 Reliability/Outage Reporting proceedings was published in the Federal Register, establishing the comment and reply comment dates. A summary of the NPRM is below.
