On Friday, July 23, 2021, the FCC released a Public Notice announcing that the Fiscal Year 2021 Interstate Telecommunications Service Providers (“ITSP”) and Commercial Mobile Radio Services (“CMRS”) data is available for viewing on Fee Filer. Providers can access Fee Filer using their FRN and associated password. Providers should log into Fee Filer to review the underlying information and proposed fee as soon as possible.
Fees for CMRS Providers are determined using the provider’s subscriber count. CMRS Providers should review their subscriber count in Fee Filer to ensure it is correct. If revisions must be submitted, providers have until August 18, 2021 to submit revisions to their subscriber count through Fee Filer. After August 18, 2021, requests for revisions will be handled on a case by case basis.
Fees for ISTP providers are determined using the provider’s latest FCC Form 499-A, which was filed on April 1, 2021. If the proposed revenue amount is not correct, ISTP Providers must file a revised FCC Form 499-A with USAC as soon as possible.
