On October 6, 2021, the FCC published in the Federal Register Instruction 3 and Instruction 5 from the Second Report and Order (the “Order”) implementing the Secure and Trusted Communications Networks Act of 2019, thereby setting the effective dates.
Instruction 3, adding Sections 1.50004(c), (d)1, (g), (h)(2), and (j) through (n), and Instruction 5, adding Section 1.50007, are effective October 6, 2021.
