FCC Publishes Certification Requirement for STIR/SHAKEN Exempted Providers in Fed. Reg.

On October 20, 2021, the FCC published in the Federal Register a notice announcing that Section 64.6306(e) (“instruction 11”), which requires providers who have been granted an exemption to certain robocall requirements to certify that they have implemented the STIR/SHAKEN authentication framework, is effective today, October 20, 2021.
