Bluebird Withdraws its Section 253 Petition

On November 9, 2021, the Missouri Network Alliance, LLC d/b/a Bluebird (“Bluebird”) filed a Motion to Withdraw its Petition for Declaratory Ruling Pursuant to Section 253(d).  In the Motion, Bluebird requests permission to withdraw its Petition without prejudice because on November 3, 2021, the City of Columbia filed a letter in the proceeding confirming that it will no longer assess Bluebird the right-of-way fees that are the subject of the Petition and would instead be charging a revenue-based fee as provided in the recently introduced H.B. 271.
