On January 4, 2022, the Wireline Competition Bureau (“WCB”) released an Order granting an extension of time to file comments to the Notice of Inquiry seeking comment on the future of the Universal Service Fund. On December 22, 2021, a group of Public Interest and Industry Stakeholders filed a request for an extension of the comment deadlines due to the holidays the fell during the period and the concurrent comment periods for other matters that interested parties here wish to comment in. The WCB found good cause to grant an extension.
Comments are due on or before February 17, 2022.
Reply Comments are due March 17, 2022.
