On Friday, January 14, the Office of Economic Analysis and the Wireless Telecommunications Bureau released a Public Notice (“Notice”) that announced the winning bidders for Auction 110, which auctioned new flexible-use licenses in the 3.45-3.55 GHz band. The auction closed on January 4, 2022, and raised a total of $22,418,284,236 in net bids and $22,513,601,811 in gross bids, with 23 bidders winning a total of 4,041 licenses. The Notice also specifies details for post-auction procedures, including deadlines for payments and the filing of long-form applications. The five bidders with the largest gross winning bid amounts were: AT&T; DISH Network; T-Mobile; Three Forty-Five Spectrum; and United States Cellular. The five bidders winning the largest number of licenses were: AT&T; DISH Network; United States Cellular; Cherry Wireless; and T-Mobile. The Notice includes a Bidder Summary (Attachment A) and Bidder Payment/Refund Table (Attachment B).
