FCC Publishes CCA Petition on BDC Engineering Certification in Fed. Reg.

On May 25, 2022 the FCC published in the Federal Register the Competitive Carriers Association’s (“CCA”) Petition for Declaratory Ruling or Limited Waiver asking the FCC to clarify that Broadband Data Collection filings can be certified by any qualified engineer, not only certified professional engineers, thereby setting the comment and reply comment dates. .
