On May 27, 2022, the Office of Managing Director released a Public Notice announcing that the FCC’s Legacy Commission Registration System (“Legacy CORES”) will be decommissioned on July 15, 2022 at 6 PM. Those users that have not established a new CORES account in the current version of CORES (which was released in 2016 and can be found at https://apps.fcc.gov/cores/userLogin.do) will be unable to make any changes to their FRN, pay regulatory or application fees, manage or see their red light status, or update contact information for their FRN after July 15, 2022. In order to avoid access problems, legacy CORES users must establish a new CORES account before July 15, 2022.
Users that have already established a new CORES account are not required to take any action at this time.
