On September 8, 2022, the FCC released a Public Notice announcing that fiscal year (“FY”) 2022 regulatory fees are due no later than 11:59 PM Eastern Time on September 28, 2022. As a reminder, the FCC discontinued use of Fee Filer last year and FY 2022 regulatory fees must be paid through the Commission Registration System (“CORES”). CORES is currently open for 2022 regulatory fee payments.

Fees that are not received by 11:59 PM Eastern Time on September 28, 2022 will be subject to a 25% late payment penalty.
