FCC Publishes Wireless Resiliency Rules in Federal Register

On September 30, 2022, the FCC published in the Federal Register the Report and Order and Further Notice of Proposed Rulemaking (“R&O” and “FNPRM,” respectively) on improving the reliability and resiliency of mobile wireless networks. The Report and Order will be effective October 30, 2022.

The following comment dates were set for the Further Notice of Proposed Rulemaking:

Comments due October 31, 2022.
Reply comments due November 29, 2022.
