Good afternoon from Washington, DC!  Below you will find this week’s Wireless Wrap-Up, your update on the wireless telecommunications regulatory landscape, important wireless decisions, and more!  Here is your wrap-up:

  • OPEN MEETINGS
    • This morning, the FCC held its October Open Meeting. The Commission considered four items; the Commission was originally scheduled to consider five items, however one item was adopted prior to the meeting and removed from the agenda.  For more information and to view a copy of the Agenda, see our post here.  Check back here next week for a breakdown of some of the relevant items adopted today.
    • This afternoon the FCC released the Tentative Agenda for the November Open Meeting. The Commission is tentatively scheduled to consider three items, including a Report and Order on improving 911 reliability.  For more information and to vie a copy of the Tentative Agenda, see our post here.
