On January 20, 2023, the FCC published in the Federal Register the Order on Reconsideration and Declaratory Ruling clarifying two TCPA rules adopted in the 2020 TCPA Exemption Order, thereby setting the effective date.
The Order is effective July 20, 2023.
The FCC also published in the Federal Register notice that the 2020 TCPA Exemption Order had received OMB approval and will also be effective July 20, 2023.
