SUPPLY CHAIN ANNUAL REPORTS
- On 3/1, the Office of Economics and Analytics released a Public Notice reminding providers of advanced communications services that Supply Chain Annual Reports are due on or before March 31, 2023. Certain providers are required report and certify whether they have purchased, rented, leased, or otherwise obtained any covered communications equipment or services on the Covered List as of December 31, 2022. CVAA ANNUAL CERTIFICATE
- On 3/1, the FCC released a Public Notice reminding service providers and equipment manufacturers that are subject to sections 255, 716, or 718 of the
Communications Act that they must file their CVAA compliance certificate on or before April 3, 2023 in the Recordkeeping Compliance Certification and Contact Information Registry. For more information and to view a copy of the Notice, see our post here.
