CALEA
- On 5/30, the FCC published in the Federal Register the Order amending the FCC’s rules to mandate the electronic filing of new and updated System Security and Integrity Policies and Procedures (“SSI Plans”) by covered entities under the Communications Assistance for Law Enforcement Act (“CALEA”). ROBOCALLS
- On 5/30, the Wireline Competition Bureau released a Public Notice reminding facilities-based small voice service providers and gateway providers not subject to an extension that they must implement the STIR/SHAKEN caller ID framework in their Internet Protocol networks no later than June 30, 2023.
