- 988 OUTAGE REPORTING
- On 7/21, the FCC released a Report and Order adopting reporting and notice requirements for service outages potentially affecting 988 special facilities. The item was adopted at the July Open Meeting. For more information and to view a copy of the item, see our post here.
- BROADBAND DATA COLLECTION
- On 7/25, the FCC released a Public Notice extending the deadline for the submission of Broadband Data collection data as of June 30, 2023 to September 15, 2023. For more information and to view a copy of the Notice, see our post here.
- ROBOCALLS
- On 7/26, the FCC released a Public Notice seeking comment on the state of private-led traceback efforts of suspected robocalls from November 1, 2022 to October 31, 2023 for the Commission’s annual report.
