ACP Transparency Data Collection Due November 9

On August 11, 2023, the FCC released a Public Notice announcing that the data submission deadline for the Affordable Connectivity Program (“ACP”) Transparency Data Collection is November 9, 2023 based on a reference or snapshot date of August 1, 2023.  You may recall that in November the FCC adopted a Report and Order establishing the ACP Transparency Data Collection, which requires providers to report information related to the price, subscription rates, and plan characteristics of the internet service offerings of participating ACP providers.

ACP Transparency Data as of August 1, 2023 must be submitted through the ACP Data Collection System hosted by USAC by 11:59 Eastern Time on November 9, 2023.  Providers can begin submitting data on September 8, 2023.  USAC will offer a staging environment, training, and office hours ahead of the opening of the system.   More information on the ACP Transparency Data Collection Process can be found on USAC’s Website: https://www.usac.org/about/affordable-connectivity-program/participate-in-acp/annual-requirements/ and in USAC’s FAQs: https://www.usac.org/wp-content/uploads/about/documents/acp/TDC-FAQs.pdf.
