- 5 GHZ BAND
- On 8/21, the Wireless Telecommunications Bureau and Office of Engineering and Technology released a Public Notice announcing that a new automated scheduling portal for the 3.5 GHz band is being released and that a new Federal facility is being added to the list of protected facilities. - 911 RELIABILITY CERTIFICATIONS
- On 8/22, the Public Safety and Homeland Security Bureau released a Public Notice announcing that the FCC’s 911 Reliability Certification System is now open for filing annual reliability certifications. - BROADBAND DATA COLLECTION
- On 8/22, the FCC published in the Federal Register the Petition for Extension of Waiver filed by the Competitive Carriers Association (“CCA”) and USTelecom – The Broadband Association.
