- OPEN MEETINGS
- On 10/25, the FCC released the Tentative Agenda for the November Open Meeting, scheduled for Wednesday, November 15, 2023 at 10:30 AM. The FCC is tentatively scheduled to consider nine items, including a Report and Order and Further Notice of Proposed Rulemaking on preventing digital discrimination, a Report and Order adopting rules to implement the Safe Connections Act, a Notice of Inquiry on artificial intelligence and robocalls, and a Report and Order and Further Notice of Proposed Rulemaking on SIM Swapping and Port-Out Fraud. - C-BAND REIMBURSEMENT CLAIMS
- On 10/23, the FCC published in the Federal Register the Public Notice seeking comment on the C-Band Relocation Payment Clearinghouse’s proposed final claims submission deadlines. Comments are due by November 8, 2023. For more information and to view a copy of the Notice see our post here.
- NET NEUTRALITY
- On 10/20, the FCC released a Notice of Proposed Rulemaking seeking comment on reinstating the FCC’s net neutrality rules. The item was adopted at the October Open Meeting. - WIRELESS EMERGENCY ALERTS
