FCC Publishes NPRM Proposing Measures to Close the Non-IP Caller ID Authentication Gap in the Federal Register

On June 16, 2025, the FCC published the Notice of Proposed Rulemaking (NPRM) aiming to close the caller ID authentication gap in non-Internet Protocol (non-IP) networks in the Federal Register, thereby setting comment dates.

Comments are due on or before July 16, 2025.

Reply comments are due on or before August 15, 2025.
