On September 9, 2025, the Public Safety and Homeland Security Bureau (PSHSB) released a Public Notice reminding Emergency Alert System (EAS) participants to submit their Form One in the EAS Test Reporting System (ETRS) no later than October 3, 2025. The ETRS opened for filings on August 4, 2025.
EAS participants must log in to ETRS using their registered FCC Username associated with their FCC Registration Numbers (FRNs). Filers who already have a username from other FCC systems may access ETRS using that username, while new users must create one through the FCC’s User Registration System and associate it with the appropriate FRN via CORES. The FCC’s ETRS page provides access to ETRS, instructional videos, filing guides, and FAQs.
