FCC’s Removes Chase Tech LLC from RMD

On September 15, 2025, the FCC’s Enforcement Bureau (“Bureau”) issued an Order removing chase tech llc (“chase tech” or “Company”) from the Robocall Mitigation Database (“RMD”) due to deficient filings.  As a result of this removal, all intermediate and voice service providers must cease accepting calls directly from chase tech within two business days from today’s release.

The Company’s RMD certification was found deficient under the Commission’s rules because it contained false information, as the Company submitted personal identification information (“PII”) of an individual unaffiliated with the Company.  The Bureau notified the Company of this deficiency on April 14, 2025, and provided an opportunity to cure the deficiency or explain why its certification should not be removed from the RMD, but the Company failed to do either.  Going forward, chase tech may not re-file in the RMD without prior approval from both the Enforcement Bureau and the Wireline Competition Bureau.  The FCC reiterated the critical role of accurate and timely RMD certifications in protecting consumers and enforcing robocall mitigation requirements.
