FCC Removes Ananya Traders LLC and Other Companies from RMD

On September 30, 2025, the Federal Communication Commission’s (“FCC”) Enforcement Bureau (“Bureau”) issued two orders, the First Order removing Ananya Traders LLC (“Ananya”) and the Second Order removing BPO VOIP, End Zone Financial Services, ESMIYAH LLC, Fiber Flux VOIP, INTUITIVE COMMUNICATIONS LLC, IP NETWORKS LLC, Nova Dialer LLC, SCHEDULE 10 SPECIALISTS INC., SERVISDEN, SkyPulse VOIP, The Vision Connect, and VoipTech LLC (collectively the “Companies”) from the Robocall Mitigation Database (“RMD”) due to deficient filings.  As a result of these removals, all intermediate and voice service providers must cease accepting calls directly from Ananya and the Companies within two business days from the September 30 release.

Ananya’s RMD certification was found deficient under the Commission’s rules because it failed to upload a robocall mitigation plan and update its RMD certification to include information required by February 26, 2024.  The Bureau notified Ananya of this deficiency on September 9, 2025, and provided an opportunity to cure the deficiency or explain why its certification should not be removed from the RMD, but Ananya failed to do either by the September 23, 2025 deadline.  Going forward, Ananya may not re-file in the RMD without prior approval from both the Enforcement Bureau and the Wireline Competition Bureau.

The Companies’ RMD certifications were found deficient under the Commission’s rules because each of the Companies failed to respond to one or more traceback requests from the industry traceback consortium, which is contrary to their certifications in the RMD.  The Bureau notified the Companies of these deficiencies on September 9, 2025, and provided an opportunity to cure the deficiency in its RMD certification and notify the Bureau that the deficiency has been cured; or to file a response with sufficient explanation why the Company’s certification is not deficient.  However, the Companies all failed to do either by the September 23, 2025 deadline.  Going forward, the Companies may not re-file in the RMD without prior approval from both the Enforcement Bureau and the Wireline Competition Bureau.

In both orders, the FCC reiterated the critical role of accurate and timely RMD certifications in protecting consumers and enforcing robocall mitigation requirements.
