FCC Publishes NPRM Proposing Reforms to Streamline Tower and Wireless Infrastructure Deployment in Federal Register

On December 1, 2025, the FCC published the Notice of Proposed Rulemaking (“NPRM”) proposing new rules that would reform the deployment processes of wireless infrastructure in the Federal Register, thereby setting comment dates.

Comments are due on or before December 31, 2025.

Reply comments are due on or before January 15, 2026.
