On May 21, 2026, the FCC’s Consumer and Governmental Affairs Bureau (“CGB”) released a Public Notice that extends the comment dates for the Commission’s customer service onshoring Notice of Proposed Rulemaking (“NPRM”). The new comment dates are as follows:
Comments are due June 2, 2026; Reply Comments are due June 29, 2026.
