Taigue Fullerton-Meaney
Associate Attorney
Taigue joined TLP in September 2025. He assists telecommunications clients on regulatory, transactional, and compliance issues before the Federal Communications Commission and other pertinent regulatory entities. Taigue tracks FCC proceedings and other state and federal legislative matters, keeping clients informed with updates on said matters and drafting client responses. Taigue has considerable legal research and writing experience that he uses to effectively represent clients before the FCC and other regulatory bodies.
Taigue is a graduate of George Mason University’s Antonin Scalia Law School, where he served as the Senior Articles & Research Editor for the Journal of Law, Economics, & Policy and was the recipient of the Mason Law Scholarship, awarded for academic merit. Prior to law school, he earned his B.A. in Economics and History from Hamilton College. During law school, Taigue served in a variety of roles including as a Legal and Regulatory Intern at SES, S.A., one of the largest global satellite operators, where he analyzed licensing matters and advised on developments in telecommunications and space law. Previously, he interned at the Federal Communications Commission in the Office of Commissioner Brendan Carr, where he drafted Commission meeting item preparation for the Commissioner and his staff and led a comprehensive research project on rural broadband funding. He also gained experience with oversight and compliance issues while interning at the U.S. Office of Personnel Management’s Office of the Inspector General, and with regulatory and litigation matters at the National Association of Convenience Stores.
