FCC Publishes Comment Dates for Fed/State Joint Board Proposals in the Federal Register

The Commission published in the Federal Register the comment dates for its proposal to adopt recommendations from the Federal-State Joint Board on Jurisdictional Separations and to amend the Part 36 jurisdictional separations rules accordingly, as proposed in the Notice of Proposed Rulemaking last month and based on the Part 32 Reform Order. The Commission proposes to adopt each of the Board’s recommendations and suggested language to reduce and eliminate unnecessary accounting rules, with minor exceptions, and seeks comment on these proposals.

Comments are due by April 12, 2018.
