On February 5, 2019, the FCC published in the Federal Register the Fourth Report and Order (R&O) for the Use of Spectrum Bands above 24 GHz, establishing the effective date. As a reminder, this R&O establishes an incentive auction to promote flexible-use wireless service rules for services in the Upper 37 GHz, 39 GHz, and 47 GHz bands and develops a new band plan and service rules for these above-24 GHz bands.
These rules are effective March 7, 2019.
