FCC Sets Comment Dates for Section 6409(a) Wireless Facility Modifications NPRM

On July 2, 2020, the Commission published in the Federal Register the Notice of Proposed Rulemaking (“NPRM”) that proposes rule changes regarding the boundaries of existing tower sites for purposes of section 6409 review (WT Docket No. 19-250).

Comments are due July 22, 2020.
Reply comments are due August 3, 2020.
