FCC Announces Additional 2.5 GHz Rural Tribal Priority Window License Applications Accepted for Filing

On November 10, 2020, the Wireless Telecommunications Bureau (“Bureau”) released a Public Notice announcing 57 additional 2.5 GHz Rural Tribal Priority Window license applications that have been accepted for filing.  The Bureau may return or dismiss any application that is found to be defective or not in conformance with the Commission’s rules after further examination.  Acceptance for filing does not mean that all application requirements have been met or that any waiver requested with the application will be granted.

 

Attached to the Public Notice are lists of the applications accepted for filing organized by file number and by applicant name.

 

Petitions to deny an application must be filed by December 10, 2020.

Oppositions to a petition to deny must be filed by December 21, 2020.

Replies to oppositions must be filed by December 29, 2020.
