On February 23, 2021, the Office of Economics and Analytics (“OEA”) released a Public Notice extending the Form 477 filing deadline due to technical issues with the filing interface. On February 21, 2021, the Form 477 filing interface experienced significant unanticipated technical issues that rendered the site inaccessible. OEA is working to resolve the issue as quickly as possible, but in light of this development, has extended the March 1, 2021 filing deadline. No new filing deadline has been announced at this time; once OEA resolves the issue it will release a Public Notice announcing that the filing system is accessible again and setting a new filing deadline.
