This is a reminder that both Numbering Resource Utilization/Forecast Report (“NRUF”) Form 502 and FCC Form 499-Q must be submitted on or before Monday, August 2, 2021 (since August 1 falls on a weekend this year).  Requirements and filing instructions are provided below.

NRUF Form 502:  The North American Numbering Plan Administrator (“NANPA”) is required to collect, store, and maintain number resource utilization and forecast data.  Therefore, the FCC directs that NANPA number assignees holding geographic and/or certain non-geographic telephone numbers must report on their holdings twice each year (February 1 and August 1) using Form 502.  As with prior filings, Form 502 is available online, along with a collection of instruction manuals and guidance documents.  Completed Form 502s should be attached to an email message and sent to [email protected].

FCC Form 499-Q:  As a reminder, all non de minimis telecommunications carriers that provide interstate telecommunications services are required to file an FCC Form 499-Q Telecommunications Reporting Worksheet.  Carriers must provide revenue information from the period of April 1 – June 30, 2021, and revenue projections from the period of October 1 – December 31, 2021.   FCC Form 499-Q and Instructions are available through USAC and completed Form 499-Qs should be filed electronically through the USAC website.  USAC has also provided additional guidance on completing Form 499-Q.

Both NRUF Form 502 and FCC Form 499-Q must be completed and filed on or before August 2, 2021.
